What a brilliant way to celebrate The Walk and Talk Movement’s fourth birthday.

On the Wimbledon Park Walk and Talk, where it all started, walkers and talkers celebrated with a friendly walk followed by plenty of cake, tea, crisps, biscuits and of course great conversation. It is brilliant to see so many original walkers and talks still really enjoying themselves four years later.

Meanwhile local walk and talk groups including Morden Hall Park and Colliers Wood met up to celebrate the Wandle Fortnight by enjoying a lovely walk along the river valley to Merton Abbey Mills.

It is so heart warming to see is that the Walk and Talk groups have built up such a friendly, welcoming and relaxed bond with each other. This is what really makes walk and talks a highlight of the week for so many people.

So make your weekend by joining any of the community led Walk and Talks this Saturday at 10.30am.  No bookings or reservations – just a friendly welcome awaits.
